Nachos | Multigrain Nachos is a delicious and healthy snack. 

Nachos | Multigrain Nachos is quick and easy to prepare without oven. This goes well with any type dip like Hummus or Salsa. You can serve it as a snack or light dinner. This is a wholesome meal when accompanied with hummus or salsa. This is super easy and simple recipe. You can make and store this salsa as well. Not only kids but everyone in the family loves to have this snack. So, try to make this snack at home and enjoy with your family. Do share your feedback as well.

Ingredients

  • Gehu Ka Aata/Whole Wheat Flour - 1/4 Cup
  • Bajra Aata/Pearl Millet Flour - 1/4 Cup
  • Jwar Aata/Sorghum flour - 1/4 Cup
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Red Chilli Flakes - as required
  • Sesame Seeds - as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add whole wheat flour, pearl millet flour, sorghum flour, salt. Add water to knead medium soft dough. Rest the dough for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Now, take a small portion of the dough. Dust it with flour and roll it as thin as possible. Then cut into small triangles. Sprinkle sesame seeds on some nachos and red chilli flakes on some red chilli flakes. Press it with hands.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a tawa.
  4. Cook the nachos on a low flame. Once the nachos turns crisp from both the sides, take them out on a plate and let them cool completely.
  5. Delicious 'Nachos | Multigrain Nachos' is ready to be served with any type of dip.
