Nimbu Ki Chutney | Lemon Chutney was a hit in my household when it was first made. Now this recipe has been shared with all my relatives also. It is tangy and spicy chutney goes well with almost anything. You can carry this pickle cum chutney with paratha while travelling too. Sometimes, this is a lifesaver when we do not have any veggies and we have to pack the lunch box of kids. So, we can serve this chutney with paratha or poori in Tiffin. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef :
- Keep the ratio of lemon to sugar 1:1.
- If a ready pickle or achaar masala is not available, then prepare it at home with the given spices list.
- Jaggery powder or grated jaggery can be used instead of sugar.
- Keep the ratio of aachar masala to lemon 250gm:1 Kg.
- Use this chutney after 3 days of making it.
- Enjoy it with garma garam paratha, mathri or puri…..
