Summers are on its peak and we want something cool and refreshing. So, here is a delicious Paan Shots | Betel Leaves Shots which are very quick to prepare. This uses betel leaves, little milk, gulkand (the sweet preserve of rose petals) and vanilla ice cream. It is very unique mocktail using betel leaves. This will be loved by all. This has cooling properties as it uses gulkand that will keep you cool during hot days. So, try this recipe at home and impress your guest and family members.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Recommendation is to use Kalkatt paan/Bangla paan and vanilla ice cream only.
- Add a little milk just to grind the betel leaves.
- Add a small quantity gulkand of and vanilla ice cream to get the perfect flavour of betel leaves.
