Panchkuta Ki Sabzi is a Rajasthani dish and very popular in the region.
Panchkuta means it primarily consists of five ingredients (Kair, Sangri, Kumatia, Gunda and Kachari/Aam chur/Raw dried mango slice). It is cooked together to prepare ‘Panchkuta Ki Sabzi’ and also popularly known as ker sangri. It tastes delicious with phulkas, rice, pudi, paratha, or chapathi.
