This is a quick and easy snack option for kids when they are back from school. This is very filling and nutritious too. And the good thing is it is roasted with a little bit of ghee/clarified butter. Ghee not only enhances the flavor but increases the nutritional value too. You can give this snack in the tiffin snack of kids as well. They will enjoy these cutlets and will be very happy to eat. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- You can add veggies of your choice.
- To make breadcrumbs, just grind the bread using a grinder.
- You can use oil or butter or ghee to roast the tikki.
- You can use boiled raw banana instead of potato.
