Paneer Pizza is a protein-rich cheesy snack.

Paneer Pizza is a nice combination for preparing a kid’s favorite snack in a healthy way. You can prepare it with paneer, cheese, veggies, and some spices. Moreover, you can serve it for lunch, or dinner. It does not require much preparation and cooking time. In addition, this is a great option for your family. It goes well with ketchup. It is a perfect tiffin snack for busy mornings as well. Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese / Paneer - 200 gms
  • Tomato ketchup - As required
  • Grated cheese - As required
  • Tricolor bell pepper - 1/4 Cup Diced
  • Onion / Pyaz - 1/2 Diced
  • Chilli flakes - As required
  • Oregano - As required
  • Peri-peri powder - As required
  • Butter - As required
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Slice paneer into 2 halves. Take a paneer slice. Apply tomato ketchup to it. Then spread grated cheese on it.
  2. Then arrange tricolor bell pepper and onion on it. Then again spread grated cheese on it. Sprinkle chilli flakes, oregano, and peri-peri powder on it. Likewise, prepare another paneer slice.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Grease it with butter. Place the prepared paneer pizza on it.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame till the cheese melts.
  5. Once done, take it out to a serving plate.
  6. 'Paneer Pizza' is ready to be served.
