Paneer Salad is a super healthy and tasty mouth-watering salad.

Paneer Salad is so easy and the perfect way to satisfy hunger craving. The main ingredients are paneer, onion, capsicum, tomato, cucumber, carrot, and spices. If you are looking for a simple salad that’s easy-to-prepare and can fill your stomach as well, then Paneer Salad is for you. The crunchy taste makes it more special and yummy. This salad recipe will not fail to please you as it’s loaded with flavors. It is so healthy and can be prepared anytime. As per your taste you can add your favorite veggies in this salad recipe. For dressing here we used mixed herbs, mint leaves, lemon juice, and coriander leaves. Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Paneer/ Cottage Cheese - 10 to 12 cubes
  • Pyaaz/ Onion - 1 small sized diced
  • Shimlamirch/ Capsicum - 1/2 diced
  • Tamatar/ Tomato - 1 small sized diced
  • Kali Mirch powder/ Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Namak/ Salt - as required
  • Kheera/ Cucumber - 1/2 diced
  • Gajar/ Carrot - 1 small grated (optional)
  • Mixed herbs - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pudina Patta/ Mint leaves - 4 to 5
  • Dhaniya Patta/ Coriander leaves - 1 teaspoon
  • Nimbu Ras/ Lemon juice - 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add paneer cubes to it. Sauté it on a high flame.
  3. Add diced onion, capsicum, and tomato. Sauté it for a few seconds.
  4. Add black pepper powder and salt. Keep the flame high. Do not overcook; keep it crunchy.
  5. Now, transfer it to a salad bowl.
  6. Add cucumber, carrot, mixed herbs, mint leaves, coriander, and lemon juice. Mix them well.
  7. Delicious Paneer Salad is ready to be served.
