Ingredients

  • Curd / Dahi - 1 Cup whisked
  • Mustard Oil / Sarso Ka Tel - 1 tbsp + As required
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder / Kali Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Salt / Kala Namak - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Dry Mango powder / Amchur - 1/2 tsp
  • Dry Fenugreek Leaves / Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
  • Gram Flour / Besan - 1/2 tsp Roasted
  • Capsicum / Shimla Mirch - 1 Cup diced
  • Onion / Pyaz - 1 Diced
  • Cottage Cheese / Paneer - 1 Cup diced
  • Roasted Bread - 2 Slices
  • Green Chutney / Hari Chutney - As required
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take curd in a mixing bowl. Add 1 tbsp of mustard oil, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, black salt, chaat masala, dry mango powder, dry fenugreek leaves, besan. Mix well.
  2. Now add capsicum, onion, and paneer. Mix well. Keep it aside for marination for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Then take a skewer and put capsicum, paneer, and onion pieces one by one in it. Likewise, prepare all skewers.
  4. Place the skewers in the Philips air fryer stand and put it in the air fryer. Apply mustard oil on the paneer tikka. Close it.
  5. Switch on the Philips air fryer and set the temperature at 200 degree Celsius for 8 minutes and air fry the paneer tikkas.
  6. Once done, switch off the air fryer and take out all skewers on a plate. Take out paneer tikka from skewers.
  7. Now take a roasted bread slice and apply green chutney on it. Arrange the prepared paneer tikka pieces on it. Cover it with another bread slice and cut it into 2 pieces. Take it out on a serving plate.
