Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:
- The ratio of gehu ka aata, besan, and jowar ka aata should be 1:1:2.
- Carom seeds should be added by rubbing between your palms for a nice fragrance.
- Black sesame seeds can be used instead of white sesame seeds.
- You can pack this dahi dhapate as a travel food for 8 days.
- The dhapate should be roasted well from one side before the flip it.
