Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- If possible use thick papad to make the sabji.
- Before adding curd to the pan, switch off the flame.
- You can use green or yellow fenugreek seeds to make the sabji.
- After adding papad to the gravy do not overcook it.
