Ingredients

  • FOR BOILING THE PASTA :
  • Penne pasta - 1 Cup
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Hot water - As required
  • FOR PREPARING PASTA PIZZA :
  • Butter - As required
  • Pasta pizza sauce - As required
  • Mozzarella cheese - As required
  • Tricolor capsicum - 1 Cup chopped
  • Red chilli flakes - As required
  • Mixed herbs - As required

Instructions

  1. FOR BOILING THE PASTA :
  2. Boil water in a pan and add oil, salt, and pasta. Cook it on a medium to high flame for 7 to 8 minutes and then drain the water. Keep it aside.
  3. FOR PREPARING PASTA PIZZA :
  4. Take a skewer. Add boiled pasta to the skewer one by one in the middle part. Then put it on the plate.
  5. Now spread pasta pizza sauce on both sides of the pasta. Then spread mozzarella cheese on one side.
  6. Now spread tricolor capsicum on it. Then sprinkle red chilli flakes and mixed herbs on it. Likewise, prepare another pizza pasta skewer.
  7. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Grease it with butter. Add both prepared skewers. Cover it with a lid and cook it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Once done, take it out to a serving plate.
  8. 'Pasta Pizza' is ready to be served.
