Peanut Chutney | Mungfali Chutney is a mouthwatering chutney goes well with dosa, idli, paddu. This requires very few ingredients and gets ready in just 5 minutes efforts. This a delicious chutney for all the South Indian meals you can have. This has tanginess from tamarind, creaminess of peanuts, crunch from an onion. This is very easy to prepare too. So, try to make this chutney at home and enjoy with your family.
This tasty chutney was prepared by Roopa Naikji from Shimoga, Karnataka ( a visually challenged mom with 40 per cent of eyesight).
Tips and Suggestions by the Chef:-
- You can make it without onion and garlic too.
- Adjust the green chilli as per the taste.
- Do not overcook the onion. Keep it crunchy.
