- Use only thick hung curd. So, hang the curd at least for one hour in a muslin cloth and see that there is absolutely no water in curds.
- It is recommended to use a steel vessel for better taste.
- whip it well only with a hand churner / Mathani . Do not use an electric mixie or blender.
- To make it tasty, use homemade butter / or cream that is churned from dahi/curds.
