- Boil raw bananas beforehand with a little salt and turmeric for two whistles and grate it after peeling.
- Use malai to make it smooth and soft. You cannot skip this.
- Include green chillies, if not making for kids
- Relish this with Green Chutney | Coriander Chutney or Tomato Sauce | Tomato Ketchup
