Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- Put the thin slices of raw papaya in regular water.
- Soaking time has to be a minimum of 30-45 minutes and a maximum of 60- 120 minutes.
- You can use normal or any flavorless cooking oil.
- Preserve the chutney in a refrigerator for one week.
- The julienne ginger can be put, instead of mango ginger.
- Dry roast cumin seeds and dry red chili and grind to make a powder for additional flavor.
