Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:
- You can add saffron instead of yellow food color.
- Cold water should be poured on the strained vermicelli to make it non-sticky.
- You can soak sabja seeds, and keep cooked vermicelli in the cold water (strain it before preparing falooda) for advanced preparation of falooda.
- Any type of ice cream can be used as per choice and availability but it is recommended to use kesar-pista ice cream.
