Schezwan Chutney | Schezwan Sauce is a delicious sauce. 

Schezwan Chutney | Schezwan Sauce is a spicy and mouthwatering sauce. You can make and store this sauce or chutney at home very easily. This requires only a few ingredients and time to prepare this sauce. You can use this sauce to make different kinds of dishes like noodles, pasta, pizza or use as a dip. This is little spicy sauce with garlic flavour. This is a delicious sauce and is a treat for a spicy food lover. So, try to make this sauce at home and let us know your feedback.

Ingredients

  • Dry Red Chilli - 20
  • Garlic - 15 to 20 cloves finely chopped
  • Grated Ginger - 1 Teaspoon
  • Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
  • Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tablespoon
  • Vinegar - 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil - 2 to 3 Tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Soak the dry red chillies in the water for 30 to 40 Minutes. Then dain the water and grind it using 2 tablespoon water. (if the chillies are spicy then remove the seeds)
  2. Now, heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add chopped garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes or until garlic turns pinkish. Add grated garlic and saute along with garlic.
  4. Then add red chilli paste, mix well and cook on a low flame.
  5. Once the oil leaves from the sides, add soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, salt. Mix well. Cook for a minute then switch off the flame. Let it cool and store in the refrigerator.
  6. Delicious 'Schezwan Chutney | Schezwan Sauce' is ready to be served.
