- You can use gunpowder or pav bhaji masala or sambhar masala.
- The steamed sooji balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Addition of spices such as black pepper powder and veggies of choice while preparing the dough is optional.
- You can use fine or coarse suji for making this dish, whichever is available with you.
- If you want, skip the green chili.
- You can use a steamer to make this dish.
