Sprouts Toast | Oats Sprouts Toast is a mouthwatering and nutritious breakfast for all.

Sprouts Toast | Oats Sprouts Toast is quick and easy to make. This uses sprouts along with oats and veggies that make it a very healthy and tasty dish. This has a crunchy texture with a soft centre. This can be a perfect breakfast option for your family and a tiffin option for kids. You can easily prepare this toast with easily available ingredients. You just require green gram sprouts/moong sprouts to make the toast. Kids will love to eat this toast. And this will make them eat not only sprouts and veggies. So, try to make this recipe at your end and enjoy with your loved ones.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-

  • You can use any veggies of your choice.
  • If you do not have sprouts then you can use green gram without skin. Soak the dal and then grind it to smooth paste.
  • You can use butter or ghee or oil to cook the toast.

Ingredients

  • Sprouts/Moong Sprouts - 1 Cup
  • Brown Bread - 2 slice
  • Oats - 2 Teaspoon powdered
  • Green Chilli - 1 chopped
  • Onion - 1 Tablespoon
  • Grated Carrot - 1 Tablespoon
  • Cucumber - 1 Tablespoon chopped or grated
  • Coriander Leaves - 1 Tablespoon
  • Red and yellow bell peppers - 1 Tablespoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Chaat Masala - as per taste
  • Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Flakes - as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Butter - as required

Instructions

  1. Take a grinder jar and grind the sprouts into smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add oats powder, chopped onion, grated carrot, cucumber, chopped bell pepper, green chilli, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, red chilli flakes, turmeric powder, salt. Mix well.
  3. Now, take a bread slice, spread the mixture on it.
  4. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Grease it with butter.
  5. Toast the bread with applied mixture from both the sides on a low flame. Once it turns nice golden, take them out. Cut it into triangular ir any shape of your choice.
  6. Delicious 'Sprouts Toast | Oats Sprouts Toast' is ready to be served.

    Where is oats powder added in instructions step ?
    I think it should be in 2nd step of recepie.
