- You can add garlic as per choice.
- The water should be squeezed out completely from the soaked soya chunks.
- Rice flour should be added to soak excess water of soya chunks and to make crispy kofta.
- You can prepare kofta in the desired shape.
- The kofta mixture should be dry otherwise the kofta may break in the oil.
- Saute the gravy well to make nice flavorful curry.
- You can add homemade malai instead of mawa/khoya.
- You can adjust the consistency of the sabji as per taste.
