Sprouts and Peanut Salad is a super-healthy dish. It is a wonderful, full of nutrients breakfast dish for early morning risers. It consists of dry fruit, fruits, vegetable, sprouts and nuts. Addition of lemon juice makes it a refreshing salad and enriches with vitamin C. It is very easy to prepare and requires a small amount of ghee for sauteing the ingredients. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- For sprouting green gram/mung beans, soak them overnight and then tie them in a muslin cloth for a day.
- Soak the peanuts overnight or for 2 hours as convenient.
