Poha | Aloo Poha or Batata Poha is a quick and easy breakfast and snack option. This is very healthy and tastes delicious with Tea. Poha is also known as Avalakki or Flattened rice which used to make different varieties like Poha Vada or Chivda and many more. There are many versions of poha served all over India like Poha-Jalebi, Usal Poha (poha and some sprouts curry) and many more. All versions of Poha is amazing in taste. This recipe uses some potato, tomato and onion to make the poha. This is little spicy, little sweet and tangy in taste. Peanuts add crunch to the poha whereas potato, onion and tomato add flavour and increases nutritional value. Everyone loves to eat poha. So, try to make the poha with secret tips and tricks and enjoy with your family.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- First, we have to soak the poha. For that, take a strainer and wash the poha with light hands. Keep it aside to soak.
- Add salt, sugar, lemon juice and turmeric powder to the soaked poha. This will help to mix the ingredients properly and evenly.
- Cook the veggies then add poha to it. Immediately switch off the gas and cover it for 2 minutes.
- Any namkeen of choice can be used for serving.
