Ingredients

  • Condensed milk - 1/2 tin or 1/2 Cup
  • Strawberry - 6 cut into small pieces
  • Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
  • Milk - 1/4 Cup
  • Ghee/Clarified butter - 1 Tablespoon
  • Sliced Dry nuts - 1 Tablespoon
  • Cooking chocolate (milk or dark) - 1/2 Cup chopped

Instructions

  1. In non stick pan, add ghee, condensed milk and milk. Cook on medium flame and stir the mixture in between.
  2. Meanwhile, blend strawberries adding sugar.
  3. As the mixture starts boiling add strawberry mixture. Continue cooking till mixture becomes thick and start leaving the pan.
  4. Once done, transfer the mixture in a greased tin or a plate. Let it cool and set for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt cooking chocolate and pour over the strawberry mixture. Garnish it with chopped dry nuts and let is set. You can keep it in the refrigerator to set as well. Cut into pieces after cooling.
  6. Delicious 'Strawberry Chocolate Fudge' is ready to be served.
