Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- The mango should not be overripe and should be less flashy. Cut the mango from top to bottom in thin slices.
- To make the paneer soft, add ice cues after curdling the milk.
- You can store the sweet in the refrigerator for up to a week. Cover it with cling wrap and store.
