Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef :
- Frozen peas can be used instead of fresh peas.
- Roast the tikki from one side till it becomes nice golden brown. Then flip it to roast it from another side.
- Always stuff green peas stuffing into a potato mixture, for better taste.
- Don’t mix green peas stuffing mixture into boiled potato mixture for preparing tikki.
- Boil potato in little water.
- Mash the potatoes one by one.
