Suji Pizza | Rava Pizza | Semolina Pizza is very healthy and delicious snack. 

Suji Pizza | Rava Pizza | Semolina Pizza is quick and easy to prepare. This is a very healthy alternative of regular pizza as the base is made from semolina/suji. It is cheesy and crispy pizza. Moreover, this is an instant pizza recipe and does not require many ingredients. It is a mouthwatering recipe that everyone will love this dish. So, try to make this pizza at home and enjoy.   • The suji batter should be thick.
  • Add fruit salt to the batter just before making the pizza.

Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA BASE:-
  • Suji/Semolina/Rava - 3/4 Cup
  • Curd - 1/4 Cup or as required
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Fruit Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Oil - as required for greasing
  • INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING:-
  • Tomato Sauce OR Pizza Sauce - as required
  • Tricolour Capsicum - as required diced
  • Onion -as required diced
  • Mixed Herbs - as per taste
  • Red Chilli Flakes - as per taste
  • Grated Cheese - as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add semolina, little curd at a time, salt. Mix well and add water to make thick batter. Rest the batter for 20 minutes.
  2. Check the consistency of the batter, add water if required. Mix well.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a pan. Grease it with oil.
  4. Add fruit salt to the batter and mix well. Pour this batter to the pan immediately and spread it to make pizza base. Cover and cook it on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes, grease the top of base with oil and flip it. Cook from other side on a low flame only.
  6. Spread pizza sauce then sprinkle mixed herbs.
  7. Put the diced tricoliour capsicum and onion. Sprinkle mixed herbs and red chilli flakes.
  8. Top it with grated cheese. Cover the pan and cook on a low flame until the cheese gets melted. Once done, take it out and cut into pieces.
  9. Delicious 'Suji Pizza | Rava Pizza | Semolina Pizza' is ready to be served.
