- Julienne all the veggies.
- For boiling the noodles, pour water until they are completely submerged.
- After, boiling the noodles, immediately transfer it to the chilled water, to prevent it from sticking.
- It is very important to squeeze the noodles, before adding it to the salad.
- You can also add fresh mint leaves.
- Adjust the spiciness, tanginess, and sweetness as per the taste.
- Serve it immediately.
