Ingredients

  • Leftover roti - 1
  • Oil - For frying
  • Tomato ketchup - As required
  • Tomato / Tamatar - 1 Finely chopped
  • Cheese - As required
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Mixed herbs - As required
  • Red chili flakes - As per taste

Instructions

  1. Take leftover roti and make the indentations using the fork.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil for frying the roti. When the oil is hot, fry the roti on a medium flame until it turns golden brown from both sides.
  3. Once done, Take it out on a plate. Now apply tomato ketchup to it. Then add tomato to it.
  4. Now add cheese on all over the roti. Then add some more tomato pieces on it.
  5. Sprinkle salt, mixed herbs, and red chilli flakes on it. Meanwhile, heat a tawa.
  6. Place prepared roti pizza on the pan and cover it with a lid. Let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes on the low flame.
  7. Once cheese melts, take out pizza into a serving plate and cut it.
