Tomato Gojju | Tamatar Til Ki Sabzi is a tangy, spicy, little sweet sabzi of tomato and til or sesame seeds. This is a popular sabzi from South Indian Cuisine. This is quick and super easy to prepare using fewer ingredinets which are easily available in the kitchen. It goes well with roti or paratha or poori or even with rice. The good thing is that it does not require onion and garlic. To make the sabzi flavourful, til powder is used. It is not only tasty but healthy as well. You can prepare this sabzi when you do not have any veggie except tomato or when you do not have much time to cook. You can serve it as lunch or dinner or even in the lunch box.
