Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Make this dish using homemade rasam powder.
- The consistency of rasam is a little watery as it is eaten with rice, but, if you want it thinner like soup, then add more water. So, you can adjust the consistency according to your taste.
- This dish has a very little amount of dal/cooked pigeon peas.
