Ingredients

  • FOR PREPARING STUFFING :
  • Veg mayonnaise - 2 Tablespoon
  • Tricolor bell peppers - 1 Tablespoons finely chopped
  • Carrot / Gajar - 1/4 Cup grated
  • Cucumber / Kheera - 1 Tablespoon finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Black pepper powder / Kali mirch powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Mixed herbs - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Red chilli flakes - 1/2 Teaspoons
  • FOR PREPARING VEG MAYO SANDWICH :
  • White bread - 2 Slices
  • Butter - As required
  • Green chutney - As required
  • Cucumber / Kheera - 4 Slices
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Black pepper powder / Kali mirch powder - As required
  • Tomato ketchup - As required
  • Nylon sev / Zero number sev - As required

Instructions

  1. FOR PREPARING STUFFING :
  2. Take veg mayonnaise, tricolor bell peppers, carrot, cucumber, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper powder, mixed herbs, and red chilli flakes in a bowl. Mix well. Keep it aside.
  3. FOR PREPARING VEG MAYO SANDWICH :
  4. Take bread slices. Apply butter and green chutney to both bread slices. Now add the prepared veg mayo stuffing to one slice of bread.
  5. Now arrange cucumber slices to it. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder. Cover it with another butter-green chutney applied bread slice.
  6. Now apply green chutney and tomato ketchup on top of the bread. Sprinkle nylon sev to it and cut it.
  7. 'Veg Mayo Sandwich | Mayonnaise Sandwich' is ready to be served.
