Veg Tikki | Masaledar Veg Tikki in Air Fryer is a lip-smacking snack for everyone.

Do you want something healthy but delicious snack? So, here is the recipe of ‘Veg Tikki | Masaledar Veg Tikki in Air Fryer’ which uses very less oil. This is cooked in the air fryer that makes it super crunchy from outside and soft from inside. This is a 5-minute effort recipe. You need boiled potatoes, onion, some boiled corn, some spices. This is a quick and easy recipe. You can serve it as a tiffin snack or an evening tea time snack or a party snack. Everyone will love to eat this snack. Ingredients

  • Boiled Potato - 3
  • Onion - 1 finely chopped
  • Boiled corn - 2 Tablespoon
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
  • Green chilli - 1 chopped
  • Bread crumbs - 2 Tablespoon + for coating
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon or as per taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Amchur/Dry Mango powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Garam Masala/All spice mix - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Chaat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Oil - for brushing
  • Maida/Refined Flour - 2 Tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add mashed boiled potato, chopped onion, boiled corn, grated ginger, chopped green chilli, bread crumbs, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, chaat masala. Mix well together.
  2. Make tikki out of the mixture of shape of your choice.
  3. Take small bowl and add refined flour and little water to make slurry.
  4. Coat the tikki with slurry then roll it in the bread crumbs.
  5. Now, Open the air fryer. Grease the plate with little oil. Grease the tikki with oil too.
  6. Set the temperature at 180 degrees and cook it for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. After 5 minutes, flip the tikki and grease it with oil. Let it cook. Once done, take the tikki out.
  8. Delicious 'Veg Tikki | Masaledar Veg Tikki in Air Fryer' is ready to be served.
