Ingredients

  • Watermelon puree – 1 cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Agar agar – 2 tsp
  • Sugar – 2 to 3 tbsn

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add all ingredients except watermelon puree and stir.
  2. On stove top stir this syrup till sugar and agar agar dissolves.
  3. Once it is dissolved, switch off and add watermelon puree and mix well. Pour it in a baking tray or deep dish.
  4. Keep it in refrigerator till it sets.
