4 In 1 Paratha With Tomato Raita is a flavourful dish.

4 In 1 Paratha With Tomato Raita is an instant breakfast dish. You will get 4 tastes of mooli ka paratha, cabbage paratha, dhaniya paratha, and aloo ka paratha in this 1 paratha. Moreover, it goes well with tomato raita, pickle, and green chutney. You can serve your guest 4 different types of paratha with minimum effort. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:

  • You can add paneer or any vegetables as per choice and availability.
  • Powdered sugar and little milk should be added to the raita so that the raita will not turn sour.
  • If desired, tomato seeds can be removed for preparing raita.

Ingredients

  • FOR PREPARING 4 IN 1 PARATHA :
  • Whole wheat dough / Gehu ka aata - As required
  • Clarified butter / Ghee - As required
  • Boiled potato / Aloo - 1 Peeled and mashed
  • Radish / Mooli - 1 Cup grated
  • Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful
  • Cabbage / Patta gobhi - 1 Cup finely chopped
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Red chilli powder / Lal mirch powder - As required
  • Grated cheese - As required (optional)
  • FOR PREPARING TOMATO RAITA :
  • Curd / Dahi - 1 Cup whisked
  • Powdered sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Milk - 2 to 3 tsp
  • Tomato / tamatar - 1 Finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful
  • Cumin seeds powder / Jeera powder - 1 tsp
  • Black salt / Kala namak - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder / Lal mirch powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Green chilli / Hari mirchi - 1 to 2 Finely chopped
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. FOR PREPARING 4 IN 1 PARATHA :
  2. Take boiled potato in a bowl. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well. Keep it aside.
  3. Take radish in a bowl. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well. Keep it aside.
  4. Take coriander leaves in a bowl. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well. Keep it aside.
  5. Take cabbage in a bowl. Add salt and red chilli powder. Mix well. Keep it aside.
  6. Take medium soft wheat dough and make two round shaped small circular pedas from the dough. Dust it with flour and roll a peda to make a paratha and keep it aside. Make another paratha.
  7. Take one paratha and apply clarified butter to it. Then add boiled potato mixture on the upper-left side 1/4 th portion of paratha.
  8. Now add coriander leaves mixture on the lower-left side 1/4 th portion of paratha.
  9. Further, add cabbage mixture on the upper-right side 1/4 th portion of paratha.
  10. Then add radish mixture on the lower right side of 1/4 th portion of the paratha. Then spread cheese on the whole paratha.
  11. Place the other paratha over it. Carefully press and seal the paratha borders with your fingers. Dust it with flour and slightly roll it.
  12. Meanwhile, heat a tawa and grease it with ghee. Place the stuffed paratha on it and cook it on a medium flame. Apply ghee to it.
  13. Flip the paratha and cook it on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes and keep pressing it. Cook it well from both sides by applying ghee to it. Once it is done, take it out on a serving plate and cut it into four pieces.
  14. FOR PREPARING TOMATO RAITA :
  15. Take curd in a bowl. Add powdered sugar, milk, tomato, coriander leaves, cumin seeds powder, black salt, red chilli powder, salt, and green chilli. Mix well.
  16. '4 In 1 Paratha With Tomato Raita' is ready to be served.
