5 – Minute Paneer Sabzi is a mouthwatering curry treat 

5 Minute Paneer Sabzi is a delicious restaurant-style dish. This is a rich and creamy curry of paneer goes well with roti, naan and paratha. Moreover, this requires only a few ingredients and 10 minutes. This can be a perfect option when you do not have time or when you are getting late for the office. This need only paneer, malai/homemade cream, milk, onion, tomato and some of the spices. It tastes amazing and everyone will love this dish. So, try to make this curry at home and enjoy with your family and friends.

Ingredients

  • Paneer/Cottage Cheese cubes - 200 grams
  • Onion - 1 diced
  • Tomato - 2, finely chopped
  • Ginger - 1/2 - inch piece, finely chopped
  • Green chilli - 1, finely chopped
  • Malai/Homemade Cream - 1/4 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Red Chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon or to taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Roasted Cumin/Jeera Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a pan.
  2. Sauté cumin seeds, finely chopped ginger, and green chilli for a few seconds.
  3. Then, add finely chopped tomato and salt. Mix well, cover, and cook until tomato turns soft.
  4. Meanwhile, heat 1 teaspoon oil in another pan. Sauté diced onion and paneer cubes. Once done, turn off the flame.
  5. Once the tomatoes turn mushy, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Mix well. Cover and cook.
  6. Add beaten homemade cream/malai and milk. Mix well.
  7. Crush the kasuri methi between the palms and add to the pan. Mix well and bring the sabzi to boil.
  8. Add sautéed onion, salt and paneer cubes. Mix well, and cook for a minute. Garnish the sabzi with coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
  9. Delicious '5 Minute Paneer Sabzi - Restaurant Style' is ready to be served.
