Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Use thick curd to make the paneer tikka gravy.
- Adding mustard oil gives a nice smoky flavour to the tikka.
- Marinate paneer, onion and capsicum for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the paneer tikka on a high flame with some ghee. However, you can use butter or oil instead. You can serve the tikka as a starter as well.
- Use a combination of ghee and oil OR oil or butter or ghee alone to make the curry.
- You can avoid onion and garlic in this recipe if you want.
- Serve this curry with Tandoori Roti | Tawa Tandoori Roti.
- Make this curry using homemade paneer.
