Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Add salt in chopped methi. Let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes and squeeze its water to avoid its bitterness.
- To maintain green colour of sabji, add methi in the last and cook it for a few minutes.

Soak methi leaves in enough water and rinse well to remove the dirt of methi.
- Adjust spices as per requirement and serve it hot for better taste.
