Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Add 100 gms tamarind pulp for 250 gms pumpkin sabji.
- Soak tamarind in the water for 10 minutes, then mash it and strain it to prepare its pulp.
- Green chilli and dry red chilli should be added whole to get nice flavor of them.
- Green pumpkin can be used with its peel.
