- The paste can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. The paste can be used for preparing other sabjis.
- Add spices according to your taste.
- Use fresh coconut instead of desiccated coconut.
- Use lemon juice or chaat masala instead of dry mango powder.
- Add water as per your required consistency of sabji.
- Garlic is optional.
