- It is recommended to use ghee to prepare this sabji.
- You can prepare this sabji in the pressure cooker also till 1 whistle on medium flame.
- Banana, green apple, or grapes can be used instead of guava.
- Check the guava by pressing it with a spoon, if it is pressed easily, it indicates that guava is well cooked.
- You can also add jaggery instead of powdered sugar.
