- The ratio of semolina to whole wheat flour should be 1:2.
- You can use oil for moyan instead of ghee.
- You can add moyan as per choice.
- Add moyan in a medium proposition, otherwise the biscuit may crack.
- The ratio of sugar to whole wheat flour should be 1:4.
- You can add water, milk, or curd to knead the dough.
- Add sugar to the curd to make a soft and a nice brown color biscuit.
- Add sliced dry coconut instead of ground coconut, to get a nice flavor of coconut.
- The biscuit dough should be rolled out by turning the rolling base.
- You can cut the biscuit using a cookie cutter.
- Make the indentations on the rolled biscuits using the fork, so they will not become fluffy.
- You can also roll small biscuits also from the dough.
- You can store biscuits in an air-tight container for 30 days.
