Ingredients

  • Avocado - 1
  • Lemon juice - 1 Teaspoon
  • Freshly crushed black pepper - 1 Teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Oil - 1 Teaspoon+ for brushing while cooking
  • Salt - to taste
  • Whole Wheat flour - 3/4 Cup to 1 Cup + for dusting

Instructions

  1. Take out the pulp of Avocado and mash it. Add salt, lemon juice, oregano and crushed black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add wheat flour as required so that semi soft dough is formed.
  3. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes. Then add 1 teaspoon oil and knead it.
  4. Now, roll out thick paratha and prick with knife.
  5. Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 200 degrees.
  6. Brush at the basket of airfryer with oil.
  7. Place the paratha and brush with oil.
  8. Cook the paratha at 200 degrees for 2 minutes
  9. Flip the paratha again brush with oil. Cook it at 200 degrees for 2 minutes.
  10. After 2 minutes leave it in air fryer for 30 seconds. Open the basket and check
  11. There will be golden brown dots on paratha. You can cook for one more minute if required.
  12. Delicious 'Avocado Paratha in Air fryer' is ready to be served. Serve hot with Curd.
