Besan Laddu | Besan Ke Ladoo is a very simple but flavourful mithai. This required only 3 ingredients that are ghee, besan/gram flour and sugar. This has a soft and melt-in-the-mouth texture. This is very easy to prepare if the proportion of the ingredients is proper. This sweet is a part of festivals like Diwali. Everyone loves to eat this sweet. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- The measurements should be proper for a perfect ladoo. So, add the ingredients as mentioned in the recipe.
- Adding dry fruits is optional. You can use dry fruits of your choice to make the laddu.
- Roast the besan/gram flour on a low flame only. Else it will burn.
- Add powdered sugar to the besan mixture after cooling the mixture. And the mixture is little warm then add sugar.
