Besan Laddu | Besan Ke Laddoo is a very simple but flavourful mithai. It requires only 3 ingredients: ghee, besan/gram flour, and sugar, and has a soft and melt-in-the-mouth texture. It is very easy to prepare if the proportion of the ingredients is proper. - The measurements should be proper for a perfect laddoo, so, add the ingredients as mentioned in the recipe.
- Adding dry fruits is optional. You can add dry fruits of your choice to make the laddu.
- Roast the besan/gram flour only on a low flame, else, it will burn.
- Add powdered sugar to the besan mixture after cooling the mixture, but, when it is still a little warm.
