Besan Paneer Pizza is a mouthwatering snack for everyone, especially for kids. 

Besan Paneer Pizza is a quick and easy snack. This requires easily available ingredients like besan/gram flour, some veggies, some spices and paneer/cottage cheese. This is a very good option for an evening snack. Moreover, this is a healthy dish. You can easily prepare this dish for your dinner or breakfast as well. Ingredients

  • Besan/Gram Flour - 1 Cup
  • Onion - 1 finely chopped
  • Capsicum - 1/2 finely chopped
  • Tomato - 1 finely chopped
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Black Pepper Powder - as per taste
  • Chaat Masala - as per taste
  • Red Chilli powder - as per taste
  • Turmeric powder - as per taste
  • Ghee/Clarified Butter OR oil - as required for roasting
  • Tomato Sauce/Ketchup - as required
  • Crumbled paneer/cottage cheese - as required
  • Coriander Leaves - as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add gram flour. Add water to make thick but flowing consistency batter and it should be lumps-free.
  2. Add choppes capsicum, onion, tomato, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Mix well.
  3. Now, heat a tawa on a low flame. Grease it with ghee or oil.
  4. Spread a spoonful of batter on tawa. Sprinkle ghee or oil on it. Cover and let it cook on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook it from other side as well.
  5. Now, spread tomato ketchup on one side. Then spread crumbled paneer on it. Sprinkle chaat masala and coriander leaves. Press it with spoon. Cover and let it cook for a minute then take it out on a plate. Cut into pieces.
  6. Delicious 'Besan Paneer Pizza' is ready to be served.
