Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- If you want the ladies finger to be non-sticky then wash and wipe it with a cloth. Then cut it.
- You can apply some oil on the knife while cutting the ladies finger.
- Add little sugar to the sabzi while cooking. This will maintain the green colour of the ladies finger.

This recipe is very simple and perhaps a healthy way to cook bhindi. The total time for cooking bhindi is only four minutes according to this recipe. I don’t think bhindi gets cooked so fast. It will take atleast 15 to 20 mins in low flame for it to get cooked.
