- Slit open the green chillies and remove the seeds.
- Never add water while preparing the bhindi sabji.
- Apply lemon juice on the knife while cutting the bhindi/okra to prevent it’s soggy & stickiness while cooking.
- Use dry mango powder/amchur instead of lemon juice in the sabji preparation.
