Pitla | Maharashtrian Pithla | Zunka is a quick and easy to prepare side dish for your meals. This goes well with bhakri, roti, paratha, jwar roti. This is no onion- no garlic recipe hence anyone can enjoy this dish. Moreover, it is super quick to make with fewer ingredients. You just require gram flour/besan, green chilli, peanuts and 5 minutes of cooking. Peanuts add flavour to the dish that takes the dish to the next level. This is a perfect option when you do not have any green veggie or when you don’t have much time to cook. So, try to make this sabji at your home and enjoy with your loved ones.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- You can add onion and garlic if you want. Add both the ingredients while sauteing the green chilli.
- If you adding onion then reduce the quantity of peanuts or vice a Versa.
