- You can use any kind of sev also instead of using bhujiya.
- Adding curd in the mixture helps in melting the bhujiya. If the bhujiya does not melt you can add some more dahi.
- Adding bread crumbs in the mixture helps in binding.
- Coating the tikki with bread crumbs helps in making it crunchier.
