Hare Matar Ki Chutney | Green Peas Chutney is a healthy and tasty chutney. It uses matar/green peas, coriander leaves along with a secret ingredient to maintain the green colour. Generally, green chutney uses coriander leaves and mint leaves. But in this recipe, green peas added which gives a nice colour and a different taste to the chutney. This is a winter delicacy that you can enjoy as a dip with almost every snack. So, try to make this chutney at home and enjoy with your family and friends.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Bhujiya gives thick consistency and maintains the colour of the chutney. You can use any type of namkeen to prepare the chutney.
- You can adjust the spiciness as per the taste.
- If you want to store the chutney for a longer time, do not add salt while grinding. Add salt to it later when you want to use the chutney.
