Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef :
- Rotate continuously tomatoes and onion on the direct flame.
- You can either directly roast or use a stand to roast the tomatoes and onion.
- Cut the onion’s top side and bottom side before the roast.
- You can use grated ginger chili instead of its paste.
- Apply oil on the onion before roasting. So, you can peel its skin easily.
- You can add jaggery in this sabji if you want.
- Make this recipe using Tamarind Chutney
- If you want, you can make this dish only using tomatoes also.
